You Are Not Inferior

Each of us brings our own experience and education to the workplace. Unless you convince yourself of it, however, nobody is intrinsically better than you. Even though we all have our own distinct job titles and talents, you are not inferior to anybody.

Do not be afraid to ask anybody for a helping hand. In fact, the more people you start working with, the less isolated you will feel at work. With each task you complete, you will build shared experiences with each person with

whom you work. You will feel like you are once again on your childhood playground, having fun, feeling free, and making friends.

Remember to keep things in perspective. When asking for a hand in completing your project, remember that you are responsible for the

excellence of your result. Do not let somebody else take over your task. If this happens, you will lose the satisfaction of completing your task. In short, you will forfeit your independence.
